Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is GIHSS?

Global Immigration Health Security Systems (GIHSS) is an independent organization focused on immigration-related medical and criminal/security-readiness assessment and verification. Our services help individuals understand potential concerns relevant to their intended immigration destinations and make better-informed decisions. GIHSS does not replace official examinations, legal advice, or government decisions.

2. What services does GIHSS provide?

GIHSS offers preliminary medical-readiness and criminal/security-readiness assessments. Depending on the service purchased, an assessment may identify potential concerns, explain relevant considerations, and recommend appropriate next steps.

3. Who can use GIHSS services?

Our services are intended for individuals preparing for immigration, work, study, family reunification, business, or other travel and residence purposes who want to understand potential medical or criminal/security-related readiness concerns. The suitability of a particular assessment depends on the client’s circumstances and selected destination.

4. Which immigration destinations do you cover?

GIHSS is designed as a global service. Destination coverage depends on the assessment selected and the requirements and information available for each country. Please confirm that your intended destinations can be assessed before purchasing.

5. What is included in an assessment?

Depending on the package, the assessment may include a review of information you provide, identification of potential medical or criminal/security-readiness concerns, relevant destination-specific considerations, and a preliminary report with recommended next steps. The scope depends on the destinations selected and the service purchased.

6. How much does an assessment cost?

Our current planned assessment packages are $149 USD for one destination, $249 USD for two destinations, and $329 USD for three destinations. Please confirm the price and scope displayed at checkout before paying. Government fees and third-party professional costs are not included unless expressly stated.

7. Does GIHSS guarantee visa approval?

No. GIHSS cannot guarantee visa approval, immigration eligibility, or any particular outcome. Final decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. Our service provides preliminary readiness information to help you make informed decisions.

8. Does GIHSS replace an official immigration medical examination or police clearance?

No. GIHSS does not replace official immigration medical examinations, police certificates, police clearance procedures, official security screening, or legal advice. You must follow the instructions of the relevant immigration authority and use authorized professionals or institutions where required.

9. How does GIHSS verify information?

Where verification is included in the service and available, GIHSS aims to confirm information directly with appropriate issuing institutions or authorities. A document’s appearance or consistency alone is not sufficient to label it source-verified. The extent of verification depends on the service, source availability, and the circumstances of the case.

10. How is my personal information protected?

GIHSS aims to handle personal information responsibly and restrict access to authorized personnel. Information is collected and retained according to the applicable privacy policy and the needs of the service, subject to legal requirements. Please read our Privacy Policy before submitting information. Do not send detailed medical records or sensitive documents through an unsecured channel unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

11. How long does an assessment take?

Processing time may vary depending on the destinations selected, the completeness of the information provided, the complexity of the case, and whether external verification is needed. GIHSS will communicate any applicable timeframe once its assessment process and service capacity are established.

12. What happens if potential concerns are identified?

If potential concerns are identified, the assessment may explain their relevance, identify information that may need clarification, and suggest appropriate next steps. Depending on the issue, you may need to consult a qualified healthcare professional, lawyer, or relevant authority. GIHSS does not make official medical, legal, or immigration admissibility decisions.
